text-indent: 30px;">「噫(ああ) 従軍慰安婦」石碑</a>1965(昭和40)年、深津文雄牧師は、社会から見捨てられた女性たちが一生安心して暮らせる婦人保護施設<a href="http://bunka-isan.awa.jp/About/item.htm?iid=446" style="text-decoration-line: none;" target="_blank">「かにた婦人の村」</a>(かにた村)を設立した。1984(昭和59)年、一人の寮生が自ら従軍慰安婦体験を牧師に告白する。この告白「石のさけび」を受けて、施設内にある小高い丘に1本のヒノキの柱を建てたのは「戦後40年」のことだった。翌年そこには、「噫従軍慰安婦」と刻まれた石碑が痕隆された。「韓国挺身隊問題対策協議会」の代表ユン・ジョンオクさんは、1980(昭和55)年より、北海道・沖縄・タイ・ラバウルの朝鮮人慰安婦の足跡を訪ね、1988(昭和63)年8月の来日の際にこの石碑を訪れた。これが、韓国KBSテレビによるドキュメンタリー番組『太平洋戦争の魂～従軍慰安婦』の制作を生み、韓国内はもちろん諸外国にも大きな世論を巻き起こしていった。戦争責任があいまいなまま半世紀以上が過ぎ、現在もなお、従軍慰安婦問題はアジア各国を巻き込む論争となっている。この石碑を通じて、地域から世界を見ることができる。 （安房文化遺産フォーラムの記事より）<div class="separator" style="clear: both; font-weight: normal; overflow: hidden; text-overflow: ellipsis; white-space: nowrap;"> </div></h3></div>自衛隊における731部隊の記述<o:p></o:p>「部外秘　参考資料　CBR講習資料」11頁　作成日時不詳　陸上幕僚監部化学科より<o:p></o:p>ｄ旧日本軍の細菌戦活動<o:p></o:p>旧日本軍の石井部隊は又の名を関東軍防疫、給水、731部隊、加茂部隊、特25204部隊と呼ばれた。細菌戦闘専門の特殊部隊であった。隊の設立は昭和6（1931）年で満州の研究所完成は昭和10（1935）年である。日本軍細菌戦部隊の本拠は満州ハルビン郊外濱江省（ひんこうしょう）双城県平房の4階建近代建築でその中で遮断隔離の生活をしていた。設備は爆撃機（細菌撒布用）10機、1000kwタービン発電機2台である。この本部の元に、孫呉、海拉爾（ハイラル）、牡丹江、林口、大連の5支部があり、大連のものは大連研究所または松林機関とも言われていた。他の部課は細菌の攻撃方法、容器散布方法、防疫問題を研究していた。最も力を入れたのはヒタツリ菌（注：脾脱疽菌）であった。この菌を粉末にして榴散弾の70g位の鉛製弾子に混ぜ、これを砲弾内に詰め、炸薬が爆発すると弾子が飛散して人馬に感染さすようになっている。実験場所は731部隊研究所から北に300(?)㎞ばかりのアンダ飛行場を使用した。そして砲弾が爆発しても菌の40％は生きていること及び培養器に飛ばされた菌は確実に付着する事、負傷者は発病することが確認されている。1938年中国廬山の戦闘で日本軍が毒ガス、ホスゲンを使用したという2，3の細菌記録がある。この記録を持つ731部隊は1945年8月9日午前6時ハルビンの工兵、歩兵、砲兵によって徹底的に破壊され付属設備は地上から姿を消した。ソ連の対日参戦による退却の結果である」 長岡大学　研究論叢　第16号より（2018年8月）<o:p></o:p>・・・731部隊に関する概要が正確に記述されており、更に1938年に毒ガスを作戦で使用したことまで記している。これは化学学校の教育部長が、特殊課程の学生に講義した内容である。内容は事実であると確認して行ったと考えるほかはない。戦後自衛隊は731部隊の実態とその活動を把握した上で、何ら反省することなく自衛官に「教育」してきたのである。また教科書裁判では日本政府は長きにわたり731部隊の活動の事実認定さえ回避してきたが、陸上自衛隊の内部教育資料にも明記されるほど、自衛隊幹部周知の事実だったのであり、日本政府は一貫して内外に虚偽の主張をしてきたと言える。<o:p></o:p><div class="separator" style="clear: both;
